Manufacturing

With the exception of specialist finishing processes, Synergy manufacture everything in house, ensuring that we have total control over the quality of the finished product and the timescale in which it is produced. Our aim is to manufacture and install a snag free project , to agreed quality standards, on time and within budget.

As a new company Synergy invest without compromise; every signage solution we create has been designed and manufactured in-house using the most appropriate and sustainable materials possible and the industry’s cutting-edge technologies.

Our sign manufacturing process allows us to machine, rout, fabricate, print and engrave everything under one roof using Mimaki wide format printers, vinyl cutting plotters, OPUS CNC routers, Trotec laser engravers, and Bubble Free Laminators.

Our sign making team are multi skilled and extremely versatile. They machine, print finish, fabricate, assemble and electrify. Our 17th edition certified electrical technician can wire and install our own assemblies and our specialist print technicians have years of experience in colour matching, pre-pressing and finishing.

Naturally, we work safely. We are members of Safe Contractor and have an experienced Health and Safety Manager, who is responsible for preparing our manufacturing RAMS, in addition to our project and site specific RAMS.
