Our directly employed installation teams are fine ambassadors for Synergy. Their sign installation work reflects the our commitment to quality and benchmarked standards of health and safety that we maintain at Synergy and every site that we attend. Every member of our signage installation team is trained in all areas of Health and Safety to the minimum CSCS standard and holds IPAF and PASMA certification for working with access equipment while our site supervisors are all qualified to SSSTS (Site Supervisors Safety Training Scheme) standard.

They are resourceful and always meet any unexpected challenges that site conditions occasionally present. However, Synergy take steps to alleviate such issues by carrying out a pre manufacturing / installation survey. Such surveys play an important in identifying any Health and Safety issues, ensuring that can put mitigation in place when preparing our RAMS.

Our installation teams attend a toolbox talk, prior to attending site and fully understand the expectations of our Client.
